REFLEXOLOGY
By ROOT&FLOW
Root & Flow is founded by Clare Carter, a fully qualified and insured Advanced Reflexologist. Clare’s work is informed by both clinical and holistic training as well as lived experience, including her own journey through a challenging postnatal period and a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. This experience shapes a compassionate, considered approach to care, with sessions always tailored to how you are feeling on the day. We are grateful to have Clare as part of the Moore movement team
Reflexology works through gentle, precise pressure on points of the feet that correspond with organs and systems throughout the body. Sessions are deeply relaxing and supportive, helping to ease stress, improve sleep, support hormonal health, and bring the body back into a state of balance.
